Since Heather is immune, everyone voted off Trent. At the elimination ceremony, Leshawna told everyone to vote off Heather or Trent prior. Once Trent leaves, Heather crosses her arms and smiles. When Gwen sees this, she runs off crying, and Heather continues to kiss him even after Gwen leaves. Trent is at first shocked and angry at the kiss, but then closes his eyes, which indicates that he started to enjoy it. Heather puts her hands on Trent's cheeks and says "maybe Gwen thinks your music sucks, but I think you're really talented." Heather then kisses Trent. Finally, Lindsay signals that Gwen is coming. Heather shows no remorse for Trent after he falls thousands of feet straight into the ground, resulting in full-bodied injuries. Heather interrupts a conversation between him and Cody, calling them "ladies", and asking them if they were finished with their "tea party." When Heather points out that Gwen is going down because she dumped Harold's red ant farm on her, Trent points out that Heather reading Gwen's diary to the whole world prompted her into doing so, and called it "harsh" on Heather's part, but Heather still insists that Gwen is going down in spite of that.
